Mr. Conklin is Vice President for Global Accounts with ABM Aviation in Austin, Texas.  He is a former DPS officer with 19 years of executive experience in the commercial aviation and security markets. Mr. Conklin holds a master peace officer certification in the State of Texas. He is a licensed pilot with 20+ years of aviation experience.
